Produced by a co-op of about 23 small farms in the Gololcha district, this natural processed coffee is sustainably produced using pulp for compost and the nearby natural spring for irrigation. The small farms ranging in size from about 2-3 acres are guided collectively by Abebayehu, the community leader, to produce a beautiful bean that will quickly become your daily go-to.
