FLAVOR: Sugary aroma, creamy body, caramel overtones with hints of apricot, cocoa finish
This is my absolute favorite bean for a single origin espresso, but it's excellent on drip as well. Papua New Guinea is so well suited for growing coffee, they're able to reap two crops per year. Grown on 25+ year-old trees (affectionately called the "money tree" in PNG), this bean provides a much cleaner cup than some of its Indonesian neighbors while retaining the earthiness of the volcanic soil of the region.
Please select the correct grind for your brewing method. Best if stored sealed at room temperature.
