Green River Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee

Ridley Roasthouse and Green River Distilling Co. have partnered to offer a bourbon barrel aged small batch coffee that exceeds all expectations.

Green River Distilling Co. was established in 1885 and is known as the Pride of Owensboro. Green River ages their smooth bourbon onsite in #4 char american white oak barrels. Ridley Roasthouse then ages high quality specialty coffee beans in the freshly emptied barrels to impart the clean and complex flavors of caramel, vanilla and cinnamon to the coffee. 

Finally, the beans are lightly roasted producing an incredibly smooth, rich cup with a bright flavor profile and bourbon finish.
